Las Vegas.....

What is there to do in Las Vegas? I'm sure I'll find something to do during the breaks in the sessions at Interop 2009. I wonder if there is anywhere to eat on the Strip? Will there be a place for me to get an adult beverage or two? I actually had my mother-in-law convinced that I was going to Vegas for a poker tournament. That would have been great but my wife told her that I was going to a convention and that kind of ruined it.
